Follow These Five Easy Instructions:

1. Pour ¼ teaspoon salt into the Neti Pot and blend with warm water.
2. Tilt your head back.
3. Position the spout into your upper nostril to create an airtight fit.
4. Lift the Neti pot and allow the saline mixture to wash from your upper nostril to your lower nostril.
5. When a steady flow is achieved, stop and blow your nose to clear out any remaining solution. Repeat steps 1-5 for other nostril.
